ULMA's solutions generate great interest at Bauma Conexpo India
As an integral part of global network of bauma trade fairs in Europe, Asia and Latin America, bauma CONEXPO INDIA had more than 135,000 square metres of space hosting nearly 800 exhibitors and around 75,000 visitors from more than 100 countries. In addition to the exhibition areas, the event has had the usual participation of experts in the various conferences, awards ceremonies and networking events between exhibiting companies and professionals in the industry of machinery and equipment for construction and mining, which during 2024 has experienced a year-on-year sales growth of 26% in India, including a strong demand from export markets.
The ULMA team in India has expressed highly positive feedback regarding the number of professionals showing interest in ULMA's formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions. Visitors had the opportunity to closely explore the lightweight panel formwork LGW along with the components used in the rail climbing formwork RKS and the perimeter safety screens HWS. The climbing formwork systems garnered lot of interest from visitors which goes to compliment the increasing demand for climbing formwork being used in construction of high rise buildings.
Another showcased system that garnered significant interest from visiting companies was the recoverable modular formwork ONADEK. Initially unveiled during the previous edition of Bauma India, this innovative slab formwork system represents a new era in slab formwork technology. The ONADEK system combines all the advantages of modular and flexible systems, delivering significant reductions in assembly and dismantling times while maintaining high standards of safety and ergonomics for operators. The proof of efficiency and ease of using this system lies in our awarded projects of ONADEK (completed & ongoing) since launched for the first time in January 2023 in Bauma India exhibition.
Following the success and positive reception of the previous edition, this year’s visitors had the unique opportunity to experience ULMA’s formwork, shoring, and scaffolding manufacturing process through virtual reality technology at the BC India 2024 stand.
It was a long awaited event as it allows the meeting with clients and collaborators in a closer way and offers the possibility of establishing direct contact with ULMA's sales and technical team in India and its General Manager Surajit Ray to get to know first-hand the formwork, shoring and scaffolding solutions that contribute to the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.
