RAPID reticular slab formwork is ideal for the construction of all types of concrete horizontal structures: slabs, drop beams, column heads.
This is a simple high performance system for building construction (housing, shopping centres, car parks, hospitals, airports, etc.). Assembly only requires a hammer, the recoverable material is recovered 3 days after concrete pouring, it does not require repropping or moving the props to the completed formwork striking, and the see-through grids facilitate the introduction of carriages or mobile towers.
- Props and plywood supports each 0.67 m.
- Flexibility
- Formwork support with shoring or prop.
- 90º assembly: different geometries depending on grid width and change of grid direction possible.
- Easy solutions for infillings on column and wall, drop beams and for perimeter areas.
- Safety
- Steady board fitted in steel structure, no nailing.
- Collective protection: Perimeter and openings protection with handrails and nets under formwork to prevent falls from height.
- Quick, comfortable and easy assembly.
- The steel grid can be assembled previously to the placing of the plywood.
- Ensured workers’ safety. Also when placing slab lightenings and steel reinforcement.
- For erection, only hammer required.
- Long-lasting heavy-duty design. Highly resistant steel structure with polyester resin coating.
- Main beams and props (or shoring) make up the load-bearing structure of the system. The recoverable material can be retrieved.
- No re-propping or prop moving until complete falsework removal.
- Trolleys or mobile towers for erection can be easily moved (2 m distance between props).
- Net under formwork: collective protection certified by the Spanish Technological Institute of Construction AIDICO.
