Telescopic steel props are used for the shoring of slab formwork and for various other site needs. These are high performance cost-effective props.
There are different types of props:
- SP B Prop:
- Maximum working load: 36,1 kN
- Length: 1.75 m – 5 m
- Galvanized prop, its regulation and fixing design provides quick prop adjustment.
- SP Prop:
- Maximum working load: 30 kN
- Length: 1.75 m – 5 m
- Its regulation and fixing design provides quick prop adjustment.
- Props can be hot-dip galvanized or coated with polyester resins.
- Normal Prop:
- Maximum working load: 23 kN
- Length: 1.75 m – 3.5 m
- Coated with polyester resins, this is designed to withstand the loads that are traditionally associated with building construction.
- Strong Prop:
- Maximum working load: 26 kN
- Length: 2.1 m – 5.25 m
- Shares the same design as the Normal Prop, although it is a stronger heavy duty shoring system.
- ECO PROP:
- Maximum working load: 20 kN
- Length: 0.8 m – 1.7 m
- The most economical version of Telescopic Props. It is characterized by its lightness and versatility.
SP B and SP Props:
- Guaranteed high safety levels:
- Hands anti-crush protection integrated.
- Simple and quick adjustment of the collar nut.
- Prop components with unintentional disengagement system.
- Cost-effective thanks to an optimized design.
- High durability for multiple reuse.
- Simple and quick maintenance. The collar nut has a thread designed to remove dirt and concrete remains.
NORMAL, STRONG and ECO Prop:
- High assembly rates:
- Its lightness allows high execution rates.
- Quick and easy adjustment of the nut, thanks to the regulator that allows to position the cotter pin with a single movement.
- Simple and quick maintenance. The collar nut has a thread designed to remove dirt and concrete remains.
