It is a shoring system composed of BRIO ringlock scaffolding elements, mainly for building constructions. This shoring tower is ideal for supporting primary and secondary beam formwork, such as ENKOFLEX wooden beam formwork, VR TABLE formwork, BTM metal beam formwork and ENKOFORM HMK beam formwork.
The system´s characteristic element is the connection made up by the collar, the head and the wedge.
Main characteristics:
- Wide range of tower configurations: 0.35; 0.7; 1.02; 1.5; 2; 2.5 and 3 m
- Guarantees a working load of around 45 kN per foot. Calculations based on EN 12812
- Load-bearing capacity optimised for building construction
- A range of use of heights up to 12 m has been established under normal conditions although, depending on the project, there may be cases where this size could be exceeded
- Quick and easy assembly
- Flexible. Suits various geometries and configurations (with components of BRIO Modular Scaffolding)
- Long durability due to hot-dip galvanization treatment
- Safe assembly ensured by safeguards integrated into the scaffolding structure
- Protected shoring system. Large working areas and handrails on the top level for formwork placing
- Few numbers of components
- Lifting with crane possible when bolting the standards together
- Erection of shoring towers or full shoring
- Excellent height adjustment
- Creation of safe working spaces for formwork erection and at the perimeter
