Track Record: Florida
ULMA Construction is rapidly expanding throughout the Florida market. Since March 2021 we have been part of multiple projects, including hotels, residential buildings, light civil projects, & more.
Some of our remarkable projects include:
- Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk
Five six-story buildings are currently under construction in Orlando. The condo-hotel offers fully furnished suites for sale, including studios, 1 & 2-bedroom condos, and on-site amenities such as a gym, kids' zone, pool, bar, and more. ULMA is providing forming (MEGALITE, MEGAFORM), shoring (FORMADECK, ALUPROP), and climbing (Shaft Platform KSP) solutions to erect these stylish vacation condominiums.
The building is approximately 380,000 sq. ft. and is expected to have 189 residential units, 324 parking spots, and 15,800 sq. ft. of retail space. ENKOFLEX was the shoring solution used for most levels, except for the second level which used MEGAFRAME to meet a height of 25’. Roughly about 8,000 sq. ft. were completed in a day on the decking with ENKOFLEX.
The modern structure is situated in the urban center of Miami. The Wynwood neighborhood offers a wide variety of art galleries, restaurants, entertainment, and more.
- 4Forty at 440 North Monroe, Tallahassee
Mixed-use development is undergoing construction at 440 N. Monroe St. The building is expected to have 249 units and around 15,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
Located Downtown, the structure is considered one of Tallahassee's most significant redevelopment projects. ULMA offered FORMADECK to shore the slabs and MEGALITE & MEGAFORM to form the walls.
- 6895 Morikami Park Rd, Delray Beach
The Holden at Delray Beach is a new Assisted Living Facility that is about 142,000 sq. ft. and will offer up to 207 assisted living units. The project is located next to the peaceful and stunning Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens.
ULMA worked in partnership with the customer providing ENKOFLEX H20/Aluminum Joist Slab Shoring System, along with MEGAFRAME, and MEGALITE forms for core and column forming.
