Observing the VR-L Table in Action

Located in the city of Atlanta, Georgia lies an up-and-coming residential building with 327 units and 27,000 square footage of ground floor retail. This luxury apartment includes one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with smart technology features. With a rooftop lounge overlooking the city and many other amenities included in the building for future residence to enjoy. ULMA is proud to be a part of this project that includes a large amount of our shoring solutions being recycled for every 22 floors. Being able to coordinate with their schedule and provide the correct number of materials on the jobsite made Stella Lofts progress for the date of completion to be in the first quarter of 2025.

ULMA Solution:

This 27,000 square foot building with 22 floors utilized our ENKOFLEX system, a combination of our H20 beams, aluminum joist and stringers to provide a strong shoring system for each floor. About 120,000 square feet of our shoring materials were purchased on this job site that was recycled throughout the production. Our VR-L TABLE was flown throughout each level (8 workers on the stripping floor & ceiling and 4 workers decking the system) averaging about 4,000 square feet a day. This table is suitable for any large building to cover as much surface area as possible allowing it to be fast and efficient.
