MK shoring are structures for load support in Civil Engineering consisting of standard MK beams (walers).
The module sizes in top view: 2ft – 5.5in; 3ft – 3.4in; 4ft – 11in; 6ft – 6.7in; 8ft – 2in and 9ft – 10in (in all combinations).
They are designed for the construction of strongly inclined walls with working platforms in horizontal position fulfilling any safety requirement.
Possible shoring configurations:
- MK-360 Shoring Towers
- MK-150 Shoring Towers
- MK Post Shore
- Quick and safe on-site erection
- Very versatile modular system for different shoring configurations
- Erection as independent or as braced sets of towers
- Few parts make for an enormous variety of combinations
- Independent jacks for applications with the highest elevations
- Easy and secure joints between components
- Tower base can be anchored to the ground for increased load capacity
- Different stripping options at base or head:
- Stripping with hydraulic jack at base and head
- Stripping with wedge at base and head
- Stripping with jacks at head
- Wind bracing systems join the towers to optimize the capacity
- Ensured safety: platform and handrails at any point of the towers. Access ladders between towers
