ULMA Solution

For this job, different ULMA product solutions were required because part of it was used in the rehabilitation work of the old building and other products were used for the new construction.

The project carries a range of shoring techniques tailored to structural elements. Our KSP platform system is used in internal hollow where space limitation is not possible to use climbing brackets (elevators, shaft, bridge piers and others) but provides support to the wall formwork and can be used to carry out various tasks.  Combined with our MEGAFORM panels, a modular system designed for vertical formwork, supports the inside to create durable core walls. However, for this durability to be achieved, pairing it with a STRIPPING CORNER MAX is the ideal solution for stripping formworks for interior spaces, on each side for up to 16ft in height, holding our panels together to provide an easy stripping process after the concrete has been set. Our MEGAFRAME shoring system is a 10,000 pound per leg or (20,000 per frame) galvanized steel frame handset system, that supports a 36-inch beam pour of high elevation to achieve a high load capacity shoring solution. With our equipment we’re able to use high quality and tough material throughout the entire project.
